Lowcountry Ties the Knot Contest Rules

No purchase necessary.
Must have valid marriage license issued by South Carolina
Ceremony is open to all residents who have obtained a valid marriage license.
Proof of ID and proof of marriage license may be required.
Must provide all required information upon registration.

 

Polly’s Ring Set Drawing Rules
All couples who have registered to be part of Lowcountry Ties the Knot are automatically eligible to win a His/Hers matching ring set from Polly’s Jewelry. Approximate retail value for the prize is $500.

There will be a random drawing to determine the winner on August 1st and the winners will be contacted then. No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. WCKN, WAVF, WMXZ, WXST, WMXZ-HD2, and WSPO sole responsibility will be the award the prize. WCKN, WAVF, WMXZ, WXST, WMXZ-HD2, and WSPO shall have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner will be responsible for any and all applicable state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

One entry per couple. If winner cannot be reached after three attempts then another winner will be randomly selected and notified. A valid driver’s license and social security card must be presented at time of prize claim. The winners must be physical present to claim their gifts.

WCKN, WAVF, WMXZ, WXST, WMXZ-HD2, and WSPO contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on 92.5 Kickin’ Country, 101.7 Chuck FM, Star 99.7, Mix 95.9, 99.3 the Box, or Heaven 1390 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Charleston Radio Group, Saga Quad States Communications, LLC., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WCKN, WAVF, WMXZ, WXST, WMXZ-HD2, and WSPO main studios are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

 

Honeymoon Drawing
All couples who have registered to be part of Lowcountry Ties the Knot are automatically eligible to win a two night “honeymoon” at the Sonesta Resort on Hilton Head Island, room and tax only. Valid for Sunday-Thursday only. Approximate retail value: $400.

There will be a random drawing to determine the winner on August 1st and winners contacted then. No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. WCKN, WAVF, WMXZ, WXST, WMXZ-HD2, and WSPO sole responsibility will be the award the prize. WCKN, WAVF, WMXZ, WXST, WMXZ-HD2, and WSPO shall have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner will be responsible for any and all applicable state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Fees and incidentals include any unpaid room service, long distance phone calls, or pay-per-view movies. These and all other related expenses will be the sole cost of the winner.
