Official Contest Rules

Beginning 12:00am Oct 15, 2018 through 11:00pm Nov 1, 2018, 92.5 Kickin’ Country listeners will have the chance to win the grand prize of two of tickets to attend the CMAs live in Nashville, TN on November 14, 2018 as well as two roundtrip flights from Charleston, SC to Nashville, TN and two night’s hotel accommodation for two people (prize includes one hotel room which can accommodate two adults) in Nashville, TN. To qualify to win, go to www.925KickinCountry.com to register for your chance to win. Listeners must provide all required information to become qualified.
The winner will be randomly selected from all qualified entries and will be notified by phone on Nov 2, 2018 at 7am. If we are unable to reach the winner after 5 attempts, then we will randomly select another winner.

The Nashville trip to attend the CMAs is worth approximately $1,500. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state issued identification and are 21 years of age or older or have a valid Military ID. No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winner must have a valid credit card for hotel incidentals. Packages cannot be transferred if the winner is unable to attend. Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included. Fees and incidentals may include unpaid room service, long distance phone calls and pay-per-view movies. These and all other changes which may be deemed fees and incidentals will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

One entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

WCKN contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 21 or older have not won anything on WCKN in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WCKN, Charleston Radio Group, Saga States Communications, LLC., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WCKN main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
