Official Contest Rules

Beginning Oct. 18, 2018 through Oct. 26, 2018 at 5pm log onto www.925kickincountry.com and take the ‘What’s the Dog Breed for You?’ online quiz to be entered to win.

Prizes will be drawn on Oct 26th at 5pm and winners contacted then by phone. Winner will be chosen at random by an employee of Charleston Radio Group using the Second Street platform.

Winner will be awarded a $100 Diamond’s Direct gift card.

No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. WCKN-FM sole responsibility will be the award the prize. WCKN-FM shall have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner will be responsible for any and all applicable state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

One entry per person. May only enter contest through one website. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

If winner cannot be reached after three attempts, then another winner will be randomly selected and notified.

A valid driver’s license and social security card must be presented at time of prize claim. The winners must be physical present to claim their gifts.

This contest is being conducted concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in Charleston, SC, affiliated with Charleston Radio Group, and listeners of said stations will then be competing to win the same prize.

WCKN-FM contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on 92.5 Kickin’ Country in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WCKN-FM, Charleston Radio Group, Saga Quad States Communications, LLC., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within one hundred mile radius of the WCKN-FM main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
