FATHER MOWS BEST OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Starting at 6:00 am Wednesday, June 10, 2020 and ending at 11:59pm on Sunday, July 5, 2020 Charleston Radio Group radio stations (WAVF/WXST/WCKN/WMXZ/WXST HD2/WSPO) will be conducting the “Father Mows Best” promotional contest.  This text to win contest is open to eligible participants for a chance to win a grand prize package from participating sponsors

To enter participants will need to text any or all of the following text “keywords” to the 77000 short code:

  • DADDY
  • ILOVEDAD (one word)
  • PAPI
  • BIGDADDY (one word)
  • CHEERSDAD (one word)

Participants may text as many times as they’d like to increase their chances of winning the grand prize.  Standard text rates may apply.  Entries from all keywords will be combined and a grand prize winner chosen at random by a Charleston Radio Group representative.  Grand prize winner will be contacted no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.  Three attempts will be made to connect with the grand prize winner.  If no connection can be made additional potential winners will be selected at random until contact is made.  Charleston Radio Group will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if any certificates, tickets, or other prizes cannot be used or redeemed due to ANY circumstances outside Charleston Radio Group’s control.

The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state-issued identification or a valid Military ID and are 21 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Packages cannot be transferred if the winner is unable to attend or collect grand prize(s). Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included.   No purchase is necessary.  Participants can only qualify once for this contest.

Charleston Radio Group contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 21 or older have not won anything on Charleston Radio Group radio stations in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Charleston Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Charleston Radio Group main studio location are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse.
