This spring, 92.5 Kickin’ Country wants to send you out of town to see some of country’s biggest stars.  Listen to Kickin’ Country and be rewarded with one of our four Spring Send-Off Concert Getaways:

Spring Send-Off # 1 – see and meet Russell Dickerson in St. Augustine Florida on Friday, April 24th at the St. Augustine Amphitheater.  Along with a pair of tickets and meet’n’greet passes, we’ll provide overnight hotel accommodations and a $100 gas card.

Spring Send-Off # 2 – experience Ella Langley in Savannah on Friday, May 15th at Enmarket Arena.  You’ll receive a pair of concert tickets plus overnight hotel accommodations in Savannah, Georgia.

CONTESTING RULES:

These are the rules governing the “Spring Send Off”contests aired on WCKN-FM/92.5 Kickin’ Country/ and on the 925kickincountry.com website and/or the 92.5 Kickin’ Country App, unless otherwise specified.  In the following rules, “92.5 Kickin\’ Country” means Charleston Media Solutions, which owns 92.5 Kickin\’ Country radio:

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter any 92.5 Kickin’ Country contest.
  2. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter and win.
  3. Beginning on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, and continuing on designated weekdays through Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 11:59PM, individuals will have the opportunity to text and win the 92.5 Kickin’ Country Spring Send-Off.
  4. The Spring Send-Off consists of three (3) different concert trips:

Trip # 1: Russell Dickerson, Saturday, April 24, 2026, at the St. Augustine Amphitheater in Augustine, Florida.  Package includes two (2) tickets to the concert, overnight hotel accommodations in St. Augustine and a $100 gift card.  This trip is valued at $400.00.

Trip # 2: Ella Langley, Friday, May 15, 2026, at Enmarket Arena , 620 Stiles Ave, Savannah, GA 31415.  Package includes two (2) tickets to the concert, overnight hotel accommodations in Savannah, GA, The trip is valued at $450.00.

Trip # 3: Morgan Wallen – concert specifics to be determined.  Package will include two (2) tickets to the Morgan Wallen concert, overnight hotel accommodations and airfare for two to the city hosting the concert.  The trip package value is to be determined.

  1. Weekdays at approximately 7AM, 11AM, 4PM and 5PM, keywords will be announced on 92.5 Kickin’ Country. To be entered to win a Spring Send-Off Trip, an individual must text that word to (843) 927-9292 before the end of the hour.
  2. A received text is considered an entry. An individual may only enter one (1) text word in a particular hour.
  3. Standard message and data rates may apply.
  4. Texts received between Tuesday, April 7.2026 and Thursday, April 16, 2026, will be entered to win Tip # 1, Russell Dickerson. Texts received between Monday, April 20.2026 and Thursday, May 7, 2026, will be entered to win Tip # 2, Ella Langley.  Texts received between Monday, May 11.2026 and Thursday, June18, 2026, will be entered to win Tip # 3, Morgan Wallen.
  5. The winner of Trip # 1, Russell Dickerson, will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible text entries at approximately 7AM on Friday, April 17, 2026.
  6. The winner of Trip # 2, Ella Langley, will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible text entries at approximately 7AM on Friday, May 8, 2026.
  7. The winner of Trip # 3, Morgan Wallen, will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible text entries at approximately 7AM on Friday, April 19, 2026.
  8. At least three attempts will be made by phone and/or text to contact the winner within 2 hours of being selected. The winner will have 2 hours to respond. If a winner does not respond within 2 hours, another winner will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.
  9. Each winner will be emailed trip information to a valid email address the winner provides. Information will include concert tickets, hotel information and confirmation number and, where applicable, flight information.
  10. For the Trip # 3, Morgan Wallen, winner will need to provide passenger/guest information within 24 hours of being selected as a winner.
  11. To be eligible to win any prize on 92.5 Kickin’ Country you must not have won anything on 92.5 Kickin’ Country in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
  12. Anytime you call the 92.5 Kickin\’ Country studios you assume that your call will be broadcast or recorded, and you grant us permission to broadcast the call or record it for later broadcast.
  13. As a winner of a 92.5 Kickin\’ Country contest your voice, name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or internet purposes without any compensation to you.
  14. Prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash. No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of winner. 92.5 Kickin\’ Country reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value.
  15. 5 Kickin’ Country’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. 92.5 Kickin Country will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prize/prizes.
  16. All winners of all contests are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize(s) awarded. All winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to complete the appropriate tax forms at the 92.5 Kickin\’ Country studios prior to claiming prize. All winners will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won exceeds $600.
  17. In the event the winner is subject to or the subject of any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the winner (i.e. garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien, and the like), 92.5 Kickin\’ Country’s delivery of the prize to the official representative of the governmental entity claiming a right to the prize shall be thus deemed as (92.5 Kickin\’ Country) awarding the prize to the winner. 92.5 Kickin\’ Country shall be entitled to rely in good faith, upon any documents presented by the representative seeking to collect the prize in lieu of the winner. 92.5 Kickin\’ Country shall not be liable for any claim by any winner for damages incidental thereto.
  18. All 92.5 Kickin\’ Country contests are open to all eligible residents 18 or over (unless otherwise specified) living within 75 miles of station transmitter(s) and must not have won anything on 92.5 Kickin\’ Country in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Contestants must possess a valid form of identification bearing the picture of the contestant acceptable to 92.5 Kickin\’ Country that will be presented to 92.5 Kickin\’ Country and accepted before the prize is awarded. Employees of 92.5 Kickin\’ Country, Charleston Media Solutions, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred mile radius of the 92.5 Kickin\’ Country main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is a current legal guardian. All contest rules are available online at 925kickincountry.com/contests .
  19. Winners will be expected to claim their physical prize(s) at the 92.5 Kickin’ Country studios, 2294 Clements Ferry Road Charleston, SC 29492, between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 30 days of being notified that they are a winner, unless there is an expiration date on prize, which will be specifically stated.
  20. Where the prize(s) consists of electronic (digital) concert or event tickets, the winner will receive an email from 92.5 Kickin’ Country with a hyperlink to an electronic waiver form that the winner must sign and return to 92.5 Kickin’ Country before the prize will be transferred to the winner. The tickets will be transferred to the winner by 92.5 Kickin’ Country or, in some cases, by a third party (for example, Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.) and the winner must check his or her email account for an email or cellular mobile number for a text message from the ticket provider in order to download the tickets. In some cases, the winner will be directed to go to a specified address and retrieve the tickets (“will-call tickets”), and winner agrees to pick up tickets as directed. In the event the winner does not have an email account or mobile phone, upon being notified by the winner, 92.5 Kickin’ Country will download the tickets for pickup by the winner at 2294 Clements Ferry Road, Charleston, SC 29492.
  21. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The contest is void where prohibited.
  22. 5 Kickin\’ Country reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if any contest rules are violated in any way.
  23. 5 Kickin\’ Country assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of any prize awarded in any contest. 92.5 Kickin\’ Country, its advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each are absolved and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any contest or prize awarded in any contest.
  24. As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, 92.5 Kickin\’ Country reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any contest or promotion (and not award the offered prize(s)) at the discretion of 92.5 Kickin\’ Country management if world events, the national mood, or public safety so warrant.
  25. 5 Kickin\’ Country reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. 92.5 Kickin\’ Country’s decision is always final. In the event any one of the general contest rules which govern all 92.5 Kickin\’ Country contests contradict with any specific contest term, the specific contest term will control.
  26. For any contest requiring phone entry you must use only the following number unless otherwise specified: 843-972-9292. For texting, the number is also (843) 972-9292. The person operating the telephone at 92.5 Kickin\’ Country has the final decision as to who is the winning caller.
  27. 5 Kickin\’ Country shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, failure to win or claim any prize based on malfunction or difficulties with telephone, cell phone, texting, email, or internet access, or any other circumstances in any contest beyond 92.5 Kickin\’ Country’s control.
  28. For any contest involving on-line voting: If an entrant receives irregular votes, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, or other automated means, 92.5 Kickin\’ Country reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion and/or use another means to determine the winner(s), ex. – random selection or appointing a panel of judges.
  29. For any contests involving tickets to live performances or events, winners will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put in place by the concert organizer.
  30. 5 Kickin’ Country is not responsible for any event cancellations or reschedules.
  31. 5 Kickin\’ Country is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or act of man or God, lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, unintelligible, returned, undelivered entries or email, or lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this contest or website, or act in violation of the official service, as solely determined by the station, will be disqualified. Neither sponsor nor promotion parties are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this contest, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access. 92.5 Kickin\’ Country is not responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this contest. Should any portion of a contest be, in 92.5 Kickin\’ Country’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the station, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this contest, or contest plays, 92.5 Kickin\’ Country reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest.
  32. 5 Kickin\’ Country has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on prize(s) (if any) are provided only by the manufacturer, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
  33. The following are specifically related to E-contests and E-Mail Club promotions on 925kickincountry.com:
  34. All appropriate information in required fields must be entered correctly and completely or you will be disqualified.
  35. To win a prize you must reside within the listening area of 92.5 Kickin\’ Country as defined at the exclusive discretion of 92.5 Kickin\’ Country management.
  36. Any problems with the internet or email are not 92.5 Kickin\’ Country’s responsibility.
  37. Contestants who register to participate on our website may be required to produce a printed copy of proof of registration before being allowed to participate in the contest.
  38. Due to the nature of our programs that are heard on-line over the internet, contests may not be heard at all on 92.5 Kickin’ Country. Contests heard on the radio station’s internet audio stream may be slightly delayed from the time the contests are heard on the broadcast station and will be running behind the broadcast signal. Thus, all contests heard on the internet are delayed. This delay can last for as much as 30 seconds or more. This means that when 92.5 Kickin’ Country contests are played that require a specific caller to telephone the radio station (such as “Caller number 9 when you hear the sound effect,” or a contest that requires a specific texter to text a key word to our short code of [Insert short code] or other number specified in the contest, such as “98th person to text “win” to [Insert short code] when you hear the sound effect), listeners to the on-line audio stream may be at a disadvantage in participating over those listeners who hear the contests on-air.
