By now, most can sing along to Tenille Arts‘ singles “I Hate This” and “Somebody Like That” (playing on 92.5 Kickin’ Country now). But until you’ve seen her live, you don’t know she’ll charm the pants right off you. Her performance on the Rusty Bull Brewing Co. stage on June 21 was laced with as much humorous, relatable story telling as multi-octave vocals and rock-out hits. She had the crowd clapping along to originals like “Back Then Right Now” and surprised us with a Shania Twain/Patsy Kline/The Chicks montage that shook the rafters.

Missed this one? Stay tuned for our next Nashville Hot show announcement and your chance to get in the VIP and meet the artist. As always, tickets will also be on sale – and include a free beer with valid I.D.

In the meantime, check out video and photo highlights of some of our favorite moments from Tenille’s performance below.

Some of our favorite overall moments from the show, set to Tenille’s live performance of “Back Then Right Now”:

Tenille tells the story of the time she played for a one-on-one date on the Bachelor… and made it as awkward as possible. And how the whole thing accidentally made her break-up anthem “I Hate This” an overnight hit:
