The sold out crowd at Rusty Bull on Aug. 9 was amped to welcome Nashville star Ashley Cooke, fresh off her appearance alongside Brett Young on ABC’s The Bachelorette. As usual, we were lucky to witness the vocal and songwriting talent of a major rising Nashville star before tickets to her shows start selling for quadruple what the lucky audience in this intimate venue paid and, in Ashley’s case, before she tours with Cole Swindell in the fall. Her friendly, relatable dialogue between songs and catchy lyrics to hits like “Never ’til Now” had us laughing, singing along and completely enthralled throughout the show. Ashley even treated us to sneak peeks of two about-to-be-released songs.

Missed it? Don’t sleep on the next one. These shows are selling out fast. On Tuesday. Aug. 19 we’ll have Ryan Griffin in the house! Here’s your chance to win VIP seats, plus a meet n’ greet after the show. As always, tickets include a free beer with valid I.D. and are an absolute steal compared to what it’ll cost to see him a year from now.

In the meantime, check out video and photo highlights of some of our favorite Ashley Cooke moments below.

Before we get into the show, here’s Ashley’s “Choral Chaos” rendition of her hit “Never ‘Til Now” – the game where we make Nashville stars sing Mad-Libbed lyrics to their own songs:
