Contest Rules:

These are the rules governing the “Palmetto Moon/Jason Aldean Concert” ticket giveaway contest.

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter and win.
  2. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
  3. Beginning at 10:00AM on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 and continuing until 7:59PM on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, individuals visiting Palmetto Moon, 1632 Palmetto Grande Drive, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 or Palmetto Moon, 416 Azalea Square Blvd, Summerville, SC 29483 can submit one entry to win two (2) tickets to the Friday, August 4, 2023 Jason Aldean concert at CreditOne Stadium, 161 Seven Farms Drive , Charleston, SC 29492. Each ticket is valued at $ 63.75.
  4. There will be two (2) ticket winners selected. One winner will be selected from entries collected at the Palmetto Moon Mount Pleasant location.   A second winner will be selected from entries collected at the Palmetto Moon Summerville location.
  5. Individuals may enter to win by using their smart device to scan a QR code available at either Palmetto Moon location during regular business hours throughout the contesting period.
  6. Upon scanning the code, the individual will be taken to a contesting entry page where they will need to provide the designated information.
  7. There is a limit of one entry per person per location per day during the contesting period.
  8. This prize is non-transferable.
  9. Two (2) winners of two (2) tickets each will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries on Wednesday, August 2,, 2023 at approximately 10AM. One winner will be selected from the Palmetto Moon Mount Pleasant entries.  One winner will be selected from the Palmetto Moon Summerville entries.
  10. The same individual is not eligible to win tickets from both locations. Once an individual is selected as a winner, that individual, members of their household and immediate family members are ineligible to win a second pair of tickets.
  11. At least three attempts will be made to contact the winner by phone and/or email over the next 5 hours. The winner will have 5 hours to reply. If the winner does not reply, another winner will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.
  12. The tickets will be emailed to each winner to a valid email address that the winners provide.
  13. Palmetto Moon cannot be held responsible if the performance is cancelled or postponed.
  14. The winner must adhere to any and all Covid-19 protocols in place at the venue.
  15. As a winner of this Palmetto Moon contest, your name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or internet purposes without any compensation to you.
  16. Prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash. No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of winner.
  17. Palmetto Moon’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. Palmetto Moon will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
  18. All winners of all contests are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize(s) awarded. All winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to complete the appropriate tax forms prior to claiming prize. All winners will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won exceeds $600.
  19. This Palmetto Moon contest is open to all eligible individuals. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of Palmetto Moon and, the Charleston Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
  20. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Contest is void where prohibited.
  21. Palmetto Moon reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if any contest rules are violated in any way.
  22. Palmetto Moon assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of any prize awarded in any contest. Palmetto Moon, its advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each are absolved and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any contest or prize awarded in any contest.
  23. Palmetto Moon reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. Palmetto Moon’s decision is always final.
  24. Palmetto Moon shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, failure to win or claim any prize based on malfunction or difficulties with telephone, cell phone, texting, email, or internet access, or any other circumstances in any contest beyond Palmetto Moon’s control.

Palmetto Moon is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or act of man or God, lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, unintelligible, returned, undelivered entries or email, or lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this contest or website, or act in violation of the official service, as solely determined by the station, will be disqualified. Neither sponsor nor promotion parties are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this contest, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access. Palmetto Moon is not responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this contest.
