Contest Rules

Beginning July 26, 2019 through August 9, 2019 at 10am, 92.5 Kickin’ Country listeners will have the chance to win a Dellara Living Room set from Orvin’s Furniture. Listeners will register to win at www.925KickinCountry.com. 

The one (1) will be randomly chosen Monday August 12, 2019 by a Charleston Radio Group employee using the SecondStreet platform and will be notified by phone. If we are unable to reach the winner after 3 attempts, then we will randomly select another winner.

The Dellara Living Room set includes one L-shaped sofa, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, seating pouf and a rug.  The furniture set is valued at approximately $7,200 based on current retail cost. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state-issued identification or a valid Military ID and are 18 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be responsible for all state and federal taxes. Winner is responsible for picking up the prize within 30 days from a storage location on Clements Ferry Road, Charleston. Fees and incidentals are not included. Delivery and all other charges which may be deemed fees and incidentals will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

One entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void

WCKN contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on WCKN in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. No purchase necessary. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Prizes are to be picked by winners within 30 days of winning. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WCKN, Charleston Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WCKN main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
