June 4 – 17 | Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina

For Lowcountry ladies who love to fish, the upcoming 2026 Carolina Ladies Billfish Classic is an event worth discovering. Not only is it a fun fishing tournament, but it helps raise money for a local organization known as Share Our Suzy, formerly known as Save Our Suzy, which honors the legacy of local photographer Suzy McGrane and supports women in the Lowcountry fighting against breast cancer. Share Our Suzy assists with financial difficulties that insurance can’t cover, such as transportation, groceries, utilities, childcare, bills, and more to alleviate the additional stresses from breast cancer warriors.

The 2026 Carolina Ladies Billfish Classic takes place from June 4th to June 17th and all proceeds from the event help benefit Share Our Suzy and women around the Lowcountry. The team that raises the most money during the tournament will gain free entry into the 2027 Carolina Ladies Billfish Classic tournament. Certain species of billfish must be caught, identified, and released to earn a collective number of points during the event:

Blue Marlin – 250 Points
White Marlin – 100 Points
Spearfish – 100 Points
Sailfish – 100 Points
