As the school year comes to an end, families are looking for things to do during the summer and the Charleston County Parks & Recreation Department has answers. Sarah Reynolds, Public Information Coordinator for the County Parks & Rec Department shared details starting with the three Charleston County Waterparks. On the opening weekend for the parks, Reynolds described the parks, shared hours, the summer schedule and some ways to save money on summer visits. Plus, discussed this summer’s Inclusive Swim Nights at the waterparks. Reynolds also provided information about all of the summer camps being offered, as well as some specific summer events the department would be hosting. She also provided an overview of all Charleston County’s 15 parks.
