Craig Morgan & Jelly Roll Share a Moment at the OPRY

This story starts last fall when Jelly Roll performed at the Grand Ole Opry.  He told the crowd a story about the time he was moved to tears while watching Craig Morgan sing “Almost Home”Well, they BOTH performed at the Opry last Thursday and Jelly Roll shared that story again.  This time with Craig standing next to him.

Quote, “Shortly after I got out of jail, I sat there in row seven and I cried like a baby watching him sing . . . I remember thinking, ‘I wanna make people feel the way he makes me feel right now.’  This is a true testimony that God is real, and all things are possible ’cause that kid is not sitting there tonight.  He’s standing HERE next to Craig Morgan.”

(Here’s the video.  Jelly Roll starts telling his story at 1:38.  The song kicks-in at 2:23.)  (The Boot)
