Each of the men detailed what the military offers someone in terms of their career, while laying out the details of the benefit provided, with MSgt Everett providing specific benefits for the Air Force Reserve and TSgt Hust detailing specific benefits for the Air Force National Guard. The recruiters explained the requirements for enlisting, the commitment a recruit must agree to, while providing specific advice that included doing research on all branches of the military and finding the fit right for the individual recruit.
